Challenge

Users who couldn't log into the existing project/billing management service needed a way to create and update invoices in bulk using Excel.

Technical Approach

Built a program using Excel VBA to integrate with the existing invoice service's API. Implemented a system to input billing data in Excel and reflect it in the system in bulk.

Result

Completed development in 2 months. Can now process thousands of invoice updates in minutes in bulk, significantly improving operational efficiency.
