Previously, data aggregation for customer satisfaction survey terminals was performed using skiply, Excel, and Google Query, but proper terminal management was lacking, leading to issues with data reliability.
Built a management system for customer satisfaction survey terminals using Sigfox communication. Established a database and management interface on AWS to automate terminal status monitoring and data collection. Also achieved visualization of terminal operating status and battery levels.
Completed construction in 4 months. Achieved efficiency in terminal management and data collection, while improving data reliability. Administrators can now monitor terminal status in real-time.
